Dorothy's recovery status after the car accident on 1/18/08. She made tremendous progress during the months after the accident. She'll need to continue to work on some lingering issues for some time. Dorothy's asked her Mom to discontinue posting. Thanks to everyone for your wonderful and very helpful support!

Wednesday Noon
Bob says the plan is to transport Dorothy to the rehab center in Santa Clara tomorrow. Mikele plans to go with her, and stay someplace nearby. M's cold has progressed to the point where she has completely lost her voice.
The news on your progress is fantastic and full of many of the lords wonderful miracles.
This note is to let you know that I am and will continue to pray for your full recovery and that the Lord will give your family strength and peace in this time of need.
Please, if there is anything that I can do, anything, don't hesitate to ask.
You will be in mind and heart as you travel to Santa Clara on your next journey towards full recovery.
dorothy, i am going to miss you, not that i don't already because trust me i do. i will try to get my parents to drive me up to see you, if i am allowed to because i have no idea how rehab works. i think of you everyday and wrote your story. actually i can prolly write on here sometime. anyways, i am sending you my prayers and hugs all the time. darling i love you, and i want you to know that all of us really miss you. love, alanna <3
