Dorothy's recovery status after the car accident on 1/18/08. She made tremendous progress during the months after the accident. She'll need to continue to work on some lingering issues for some time. Dorothy's asked her Mom to discontinue posting. Thanks to everyone for your wonderful and very helpful support!

It sounds better. All we can hope for is better each time.
Dorot-- I'll keep the Scatman alive in my heart for you while you're gone. <3
Brain Pressure sounds like a kickin' band name. I'm sure you'll loads of stuff to add to that.
LOL! Brain Pressure should be the name of Slice of Pain's first album.
When she wakes up, can you give her this message?
Hey Dorothy we heard about your accident in class today, tuesday. Bet this is the longest nap youve had in a while lol. Amanda and I kept talking about you and making Forte mad. We both hadn;t done our homework and were complaining you were gone till we heard you were in a coma. Needless to say we quit whining. Everybody's worried but the blog posts seem positive (anybody who can wiggle out of a cat scan is doing pretty well, so you go girl). Bobby wouldnt shut up. Anyways, we miss you and are hoping to hear the date you come back to school and show us that gnarly lip of yours. Take it easy on the nurses, they don't intend for the hospital food to taste that bad!

There was a sense of God's gracious ear attuned to our prayers last night at the SM Church. We all got together to pray for a miracle. We were jammed together and felt triumphant and hopeful. He's going to do mighty things!
