Mikele just checked in with the results of the CAT scan. She said they saw no evidence of bleeding under the brain, no severe hematomas, no brain shear, no brain stem involvement. So the current diagnosis is "acute brain injury". Now it's a waiting game, until the swelling goes down, before they can let her wake her up. Tuesday Evening

Hey Dorothy we heard about your accident in class today, tuesday. Bet this is the longest nap youve had in a while lol. Amanda and I kept talking about you and making Forte mad. We both hadn;t done our homework and were complaining you were gone till we heard you were in a coma. Needless to say we quit whining. Everybody's worried but the blog posts seem positive (anybody who can wiggle out of a cat scan is doing pretty well, so you go girl). Bobby wouldnt shut up. Anyways, we miss you and are hoping to hear the date you come back to school and show us that gnarly lip of yours. Take it easy on the nurses, they don't intend for the hospital food to taste that bad!

There was a sense of God's gracious ear attuned to our prayers last night at the SM Church. We all got together to pray for a miracle. We were jammed together and felt triumphant and hopeful. He's going to do mighty things!
