Dorothy,
I actually saw the accident right after it happened friday night and I just felt like I knew someone in the accident. I started praying to God that whoever was hurt would be healed and that he would put them under His wing. The Lord is faithful and I have hope for you!I am praying for you and your family like crazy.

My health may fail and my spirit may grow weak, but God remains the strength of my heart, he is mine forever -Psalm 73:26

I am a senior at AHS, and I was crushed to hear about Dorothy's ordeal. Although I don't know her personally, nobody deserves what she is going through.
But it's wonderful to hear that she's improving, and I hope she realizes how many people are keeping her in their thoughts and prayers. We hope to see her at school very soon, and she can expect a very warm welcome when she gets back! <3

Small but mighty...that is the Dorothy I remember in class last year. It is my hope and prayer that this recovery continues with all great results. 7th period is cheering you on.

Blessings,
Mrs. Parker

I'm a classmate of dorothys and i didnt know her personally but hearing her story has really affected me. I have been visiting this cite and keeping myself and my family and friends updated with how she's doing and just wanted to let her and her family know she is on our minds and hearts and we have been praying for her safe recovery. She is missed at AHS and we are all awaiting her return.

Hey Dorothy!
I heard about the accident right after it happened. I didn't know who was involved and didn't think much of it. But then I heard you were apart of it, and my heart sank. I have you in a couple of my classes, and we have never really talked. But you seem like the sweetest girl I've ever met, and I am so sorry this has happened to you and your family. God seems to have an ironic sense of humor, doesn't he? Well anyway I am just leaving this comment, hoping in some way it will do you just a little bit of good. Get better soon.

Hey! I'm a sort-of friend (acquaintance) of Dorothy's, I was really just getting to know her, and was crushed when I heard about the accident. I've been very worried about her and praying hard. It's so good to hear that she's so responsive and making such a good recovery. I will continue to pray; best wishes.

Bob,
Sounds like you and your family are handling this situation with amazing courage and faith. Everyone at the Hospital has Dorothy and your family in our thoughts and prayers.
Numerous people have stopped by your office to offer assistance and to let you know that we care.
Please let me know if there is anything we can do to help.
